All orders are processed within 1-3 business days . You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We partner with global jewelry suppliers to offer you curated collections. Because of this, shipping times may vary. 

Estimated Delivery Time:7-14 business days.

3. Tracking Information

Every order is shipped with a tracking number. Once the tracking number is generated, it will be sent to your email address. You can track your package directly on our website or through the carrier's official portal.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

IceRoVi is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damaged Items

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at [ georgeandreea2403@gmail.com ] with photos of the packaging and the product. We will work with our suppliers to provide a replacement or a refund.
